You certainly can.
We'll have the upstairs bar, so when you get to Delaney's, walk all the way through the ground floor to the lift lobby and then head up the stairs you'll see to your left.
Or ask a member of staff/someone in a Spurs shirt.

Hi Sean,
All Spurs fans welcome whether they are new in town or been here for years and have only just found the supporters club.
We vwill have a desk at Delaney's on Saturday offering memberships for the 2014-2015 season. For the base membership it is only HK$100 for the season. We also have a few Spurs HK polo shirts and umbrellas for sale on that day.
Spurs fans are recommended to come earlier on Saturday to secure their seat or space at the bar as we expect to be full house for the West Ham game, plus a few coming earlier to watch the earlier Man Utd v Swansea match.
See you on Saturday.

Dear Spurs Fans,
The start of the season is just around the corner and the opener for Spurs is away at West Ham this coming Saturday with an HK kick off time at 10.00 pm. As usual we will be gathering at Delaney's Wanchai to watch the game LIVE and Delaney's have reserved the whole first floor bar for us from 8.30 pm onwards.
If you can make it, please join us. For those of you that have not yet got your Spurs HK membership cards, it's also an opportunity to pick one up before the game starts. We'll have a table there manned by our Jurgen Hung, distributing season 2014-2015 membership cards.
To become as Spurs HK member, all you need is to be a Tottenham fan of course. Membership for this season is only HK$100, or HK$150 with a Spurs HK umbrella (limited stock, whilst they last). In addition to the memberships, we also have a few Spurs HK polo shirts on offer at HK$150 each. Spurs HK is the official Spurs Supporters Club for Hong Kong.
Last but not least, AIA have allocated us some new home shirts. During the next few matches we'll be distributing them (about 5 shirts per match day gathering) to members that put their name into a hat and if their name is drawn out (at half time), they get the chance to buy the shirt for only HK$300. Sizes subject to availability. The proceeds of the money will not go to Spurs HK, but go two one of two local charities which Spurs HK committee members will be selecting over the next few weeks.
