Spurs themselves have not yet fully confirmed it, even though everyone reckons that they are coming out (including the HKFC). Let me drop THFC another line and ask for confirmation again.
BTW, I also heard that Chelsea and a few other big clubs are coming over for this one as well.

Just received notice that Spurs are NOT coming this year to the Soccer 7's in May.
Here's the reply from THFC ....
''Unfortunately due to managerial changes during the season which has ramifications across Development and Academy squads, we have had to reluctantly withdraw from the tournament, which has not been an easy decision particularly as we continue to build our momentum in Hong Kong. It is a shame but I very much hope we'll be returning in 2015.''
