9/2: There is no response from THFC. Hence, I called the online shop via phone directly. The telesales lady asks me to resend the order. Order resent on the same day. They confirm that they have received the order.
10/2: The telesales lady asks me which letter do we wanted for the printing. I ask for her opinion. She mentions that there is no decision by the Club. Hence, I tell her that we will go for the Premier League letters, as in the Semi-final.
11/2: I notice that the order was placed in my account. However, it does not include the printing, and there is a wrong item. I call the telesales lady again, but she did not answer the call. I send email and request for amendment too.
13/2: The online shop does not reply. I send email to chase them for the amendment again.
16/2: I notice that the order is "completed" (that means, sent out).
17/2: I send email and ask them whether they have made the amendment (include the wrong item and the printing). Again, there is no reply.
Be honest, it is a frustrating experience. I am not sure what THFC have included out in that order (hope that they have made the amendment). I also hope that we could receive the order before the Cup Final. In case if they do not include the printing on the shirt, we will arrange the refund of the difference.
