An up-date from Rob on the Tram Party ...
Hi guys,
An update on what’s sorted for the trams so far:
Decorations - We have all the Tottenham under armour decorations from the Friday night Q & A session available for us to use on the trams & then take to the stadium & decorator our seated are there too
I also need to take the flags from Delaney’s on Friday too. I will collect all these in bin bags , take home and bring to the trams the following day. I am confirming what times we can have access to the trams to set up, so will let you know when that will be , to get a few of us signed up to help decorate.
Savio - Can we get 3 x trays of Tottenham cake pops? 25-30 on each tray?
I will provide the Jelly shots for each tram ( 3 ) - Blue / white & going to be strong & tasty
We now have 3 x trams booked.
· 2 x antique & 1 x passenger.
I have a guest list for each tram.
Those who booked first will be prioritized onto the antique trams. I need 3 volunteers, one on each tram checking people on at the start.
This is important, as we don’t want to overcrowd one tram, but importantly, make sure that people who have not paid, pay the $100 entry fee. I know that most people have now paid, but there will be some joining I am sure at "no notice" expecting to get on it.
This will make sure I am not out of pocket, we don’t piss of the tram company by overloading a certain tram, and also ensure we mix up the groups of supporters, so that SIHK is not on one tram, and the other , on others !!!
I may have a couple girls joining us who will be there to face paint a number of Tottenham logos.
They may also join a tram each & get people in the mood, painted up & looking the part.
They can do Tottenham flags, logos & even a Tottenham cock on your cheeks if that’s what you like Danny Boy
I will send out an update on the tram to everyone when finalized.
I will ask people to bring blue & white balloons, & blue & white paper in pocket sized bags for the actual game when the team enters the field at kick off. This will look great & Stew will help get this message out to all joining the matches as agreed at the meeting last week.

Let me knwo if anyone missing? Hopefully not, but as Danny Boay said, its been a bloody logistical nightmare!!
If you have not booked, and expect to turn up & pay on the day to get involved, be prepared for dissapointment, as the tram company is strict on their numbers policy.

This year we will have another famous Tottenham Tram Party taking place on the 27th July at 2pm, prior to the Saturday Barclays Premiership match at the HK stadium.
There are 2 x trams organized for all the Tottenham Supporters Clubs fans, to get together and enjoy the build-up to the game, with the rest of the overseas Tottenham Supporters Clubs attending HK this summer.
FEE: $100 p/person. Limited space PAY UP FRONT TO RESERVE!
How to BOOK:
To clarify the payment method, so that you can book your place on the tram party, use one of the 2 following options for payment:
1) Use PayPal SIHK Rob Allen ( email address - sailtraining@hhyc.org.hk)
Or
2) Text me (Rob - 9866 0436) or email (sailtraining@hhyc.org.hk) for my bank account details to make your bank transfer payment, & reply to me with invoice reference once you have made the payment.
There are 2 x trams booked with a capacity of 60 x places available, so places are limited !!!
The tram company is very clear that overcrowding is not an option, so booking & payment in full is essential.

TOTTENHAM TRAM PARTY UPDATE !!!!! :
Now that the week for the tottenham madness is nearly upon us, the tram party has really gathered momentum. I HAVE JUST BOOKED THE 4TH TRAM !!
We have Spurs supporters clubs being well represented from Singapore, China, Australia, New Zealand, UK, Macau & ofcourse our very own Hong Kong.
I hope that most of you have managed to sort the payments out by now, as I did have to give 2-3 peoples groups flexability in booking, due to oversaeas banking issues, but I am looking to complete the payments in the next 48 hours.
I am sure that as the week kicks off, and as people discuss the weeks schedule, others will want to join, so please do try & get in touch with me to reserve final places on the tram party.
On the day, we will make sure that everything is well organized & a special event for everyone attending, in the build up to the game that afternoon.
We do need your help though: Please make sure that you all are ofcourse wearing the mighty spurs colours. You are all requested to bring blue & white ballons & white & Blue confettii style paper (home made is perfect) for the actual game that afternoon, to create a special atmosphere & show the team & Hong Kong how the Yid Army roll.
You will need to bring your own booze, so fill up at a 711 on the way.
There will be one stop half way through the trip for a piss break & 711 re-fill.
(NO F & B is available on the tram)
The tram will leave at 14:15.
I suggest we start meeting at the tram depot around 45 mins early (13:30) , to meet everyone joining the trip & to make sure people get onto the right trams. This is all pre-organized, so you will be allocated one of the trams when you arrive.
I am still looking for people to help me setup the trams, as we need to decorate them on the day & kit them out for the trip.
If you are able to help me, please PM me, so that I can make sure this is a great afternoon for us all.
Looking forward to seeing you all next week & at the tram depot.

Tottenham Tram Party tomorrow - Latest information....
So tomorrow is the Day we hit the trams, on the way to the big game against the mighty South China.
Here are a few details to get out to everyone before the event starts tomorrow.
Firstly, I still need some help .............. 2 of the trams can play music, but I don't have this prepared as my disc burner & IT skills not working. CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE ORGANIZE TO MAKE 2 x DISCS WITH TOTTENHAM SONGS FOR THE TRAMS?
Tomorrow....
Meet at the tram depot at 13:35, for a few pre-tram drinks.
People can also help decorate the trams, as they are only giving us access 15 mins before the trip starts to do this.
Don't forget to BYO drinks for the trams - No bar on board !!
There will be one stop, to be decided tomorrow depending on the weather.
We will make sure it stops at a 711 & public toilet after 35 mins each side of the pit stop.
Blue & White dress code is ofcourse a given & some fines may be given out for not participating in this point...
Please bring any extra flags / banners you, have to kit out the trams with what will already be there.
All the decorations will need to be removed from the trams afterwards, so please get involved & help take the decorations to the stadium for our North Stand End once again.
Everyone will be allocated one of the trams for each of the 2 sessions.
(I have the lists all prepared, so no crying if your on the same tram as Justin or Danny - Shit happens)
Once we finish the trams session, we will all wait for the trams to finish & then head to the Inn Side Out pub before the game.
Other than that, we are all set for a cracking sing song & start to the long day ahead.
Those who have not paid - I know who you are, so to avoid public humiliation, please come & pay me when you arrive
See you tonight & then tomorrow for some Tram Time action !!!!

A reminder to those going on the trams................ there's no 7-11 or Circle K nearby the depot so get your supplies in before getting to Whittey Street.
