Cup Kit Group Order Update
 7/2:  Order deadline.  I placed order via the club shop immediately after the Arsenal game.  However, owing to heavy traffic of the online shop, it does not succeed after several attempts.  Thus, I sent an order email to THFC instead.

9/2:  There is no response from THFC.  Hence, I called the online shop via phone directly.  The telesales lady asks me to resend the order.  Order resent on the same day.  They confirm that they have received the order.

10/2:  The telesales lady asks me which letter do we wanted for the printing.  I ask for her opinion.  She mentions that there is no decision by the Club.  Hence, I tell her that we will go for the Premier League letters, as in the Semi-final.

11/2:  I notice that the order was placed in my account.  However, it does not include the printing, and there is a wrong item.  I call the telesales lady again, but she did not answer the call.  I send email and request for amendment too.

13/2:  The online shop does not reply.  I send email to chase them for the amendment again.

16/2:  I notice that the order is "completed" (that means, sent out). 

17/2:  I send email and ask them whether they have made the amendment (include the wrong item and the printing).  Again, there is no reply.

 

Be honest, it is a frustrating experience.  I am not sure what THFC have included out in that order (hope that they have made the amendment).  I also hope that we could receive the order before the Cup Final.  In case if they do not include the printing on the shirt, we will arrange the refund of the difference.

 The order has arrived.

There is no printing on the shirts, as expected.

The wrong item remains there.  Sorry Harper Luo.  I will follow for you at the Club Shop on 26th Feb. (just for you and this time only  )

We will refund $150 to those who has paid $460.

Thank you for your support of Spurs Hong Kong.  Hope that we will have better experience in our next purchase.

Disappointing service from THFC Hung, especially as it was both a promotional and group buy for an overseas customer and supporters club.

Maybe we can address this with their retail people.

 Now you could collect your shirt at your chosen outlet:

Fansgoal (Mongkok): From 24/2/2015.  Please call Kenny before you arrive.  He will arrange the refund to you (if any);

Maid Kingdom (Tin Hau): 24/2 and 25/2/2015 only.  I will be out of town from 26/2 - 6/3.  If you could not pick your shirt up on or before 25/2, please collect it at Delaney's on 1/3.

Delaney's Irish Pub (Wanchai): 1/3/2015 only.  Please contact Kevin Wong of Spurs Hong Kong.  He will arrange the refund to you (if any).
